FRISCO, Tx. – The UC Santa Cruz men's tennis team fell to Colorado College 5-2 on Thursday afternoon. The Banana Slugs picked up a victory in doubles and added one two singles wins, but Colorado College claimed the remaining matches to secure the team result.

Doubles:
- Benjamin Wang and Rocco Melendez fell 6-2 at No. 1 to start the doubles play.
- Max Krajinovski and Adam Khan earned a 6-2 win at No. 3 to even the score at 1-1 but Gavin Sontag and Caden Wong dropped a 6-3 decision at No. 2, giving Colorado College the doubles point.
- Caden Wong dropped his match 1-6, 4-6 at No. 5 to start singles play.
- Max Krajinovski dropped a tight first-set tiebreak 7-4, falling 7-6, 6-0 at No. 3.
- Benjamin Wang opened with a first-set 6-3 win before falling in three sets at No. 1, dropping sets two and three 6-1, 6-3.
- Hari Raghavan fell in a competitive straight-set match at No. 4, 6-3, 7-5.
- Peter Liang earned a win a comeback effort, at No. 6, dropping set one1-6 before winning the second and third set 6-3, 6-3.
- Gavin Sontag battled in a three-set match at No. 2 and came out on top to win 6-2, 2-6, 6-4.
