BOSTON - A pair of Graduate Student runners represented UC Santa Cruz at the prestigious David Hemery Valentine Indoor Classic at Boston University. It represented the first regular season meet ever for the track and field program in the Northeast.
In his first action of the year, Sean Riedel finished the 5000m run in 14:55.60. Oliver Chang also competed in the 5000m and ran a 14:59.14. The duo now turn their attention to the Coast-To-Coast Conference Championships next weekend in Newport News, Virginia.
