| Wissler transferred to UC Santa Cruz in 2021 and became a magnificent multi athlete. He set the school indoor Heptathlon record in Iowa to qualify for the 2023 Indoor Championships. At nationals, he bettered his school record with 4,858 points over the two days. He was the first Banana Slug to score points at either the indoor or outdoor NCAA Championships, single-handedly putting UC Santa Cruz in 59th. |

| A native of Folsom, Anderson translated a magnificent couple of Cross Country seasons into indoor excellence during track season. Anderson was two-time conference champion in the mile, and qualified for the 2024 Indoor Championships after an impressive sub 4:12 run in Iowa. He lowered his own school record with a time of 4:08.20 in the NCAA preliminaries to qualify for the finals. In the championship race, he sprinted in the last two laps to finish in second place and again setting a new school record of 4:05.57. Anderson became the highest scorer for UC Santa Cruz in any Track/Cross Country national championship. |
