UC Santa Cruz Success: 

• 2022-23:
  • Made Banana Slug debut at 2022 Slugs Invite and placed fifth in 200-yard free (1:48.23) and 4th in 100-free (48.40). At the 2023 PCSC Championships, was part of the school record 800 Free Relay that placed 1st. Finished 10th in 50 free, 5th in 200 free, and 7th in 100 free. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Was West Carteret High School Men's Swimming Captain Junior and Senior years. Set school records in 50, 100, and 200 yard Freestyle. Placed 3rd in 100 Freestyle and 4th in 50 Freestyle at 2022 North Carolina High School 3A State Championships. State Champion in 200 Freestyle Relay.
Swam club for East Carolina Aquatics.

PERSONAL: Parents are Peter and Nicola Cloutier. Has a sister Adeline. Says his parents are the most influential people in his life because "they have given me many opportunities and pushed me to where I am today." 
He picked UCSC because of the interest in the school's academic programs, the campus environment, and the opportunity to compete in swimming at college. Outside of swimming, enjoys surfing, skating, fishing, and listening to music.
