  • PR in the 3000 (8:46.71) at the Hornet Invite
  • Placed 6th in the DMR at the  Mike Fanelli Track Classic 
  • PR in the 5000 (15:27.20) and came in 14th at the Kim Duyst Invitational 

2024 Season - Sophomore

Competed in 8k (25:51.8) … Ran a 26:49.9 in the 8k at the 2024 D3 Pre-Nationals.

  • 8K PR (25:51.8) at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational

• Connecticut All-State, Cross Country and Track.
• SCC All-Conference.
• Placed 4th at the CIAC Combined Class MM Championships in the 3200m Junior year.
• All- New England, 4th place in 4x800.
