  • PR in 1500m (3:57.45) at the Johnny Mathis Meet
  • PR in 5000m (14:53.59) at the Mike Fanelli Classic

  • PR in the 10,000m (35:19.99) at the C2C Outdoor Championship
  • PR in the 800m (2:03.81) at the Kim Duyst
  • Ran a PR of 15:11.84 in the 5,000m at the 2022 Johnny Mathis Invitational.
  • Finished top 8 in both the 5,000m and 10,000m in the Coast-to-Coast Outdoor Conference Championships.

2024 Season - Senior

Competed in the 8k (24:19.6) … Ran a 26:06.8 for the 8k, placing eighth at the 2024 Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships … Ran a 26:42.5 for the 8k at the 2024 NCAA Division III West Region Cross Country Championships.

• 2023:
  • PR'd and placed 2nd in the 8k (24:19.6) C2C Cross Country Championships
• 2021:
  • All-Region performer at NCAA Cross Country Regional in Claremont with 8K time of 25:59.

• Competed in Cross Country and Track & Field for the Woodside High School Wildcats.
• Varsity Cross Country MVP
• 2021 Woodside High School Male Athlete of the Year.
• Qualified for the Central Coast Section Championships in the 3200m.
