Assistant Coach Kalin Walling brings over 15 years of experience as a high-level AAU and High School Coach, in addition to extensive work as a Camp Director, Clinician and Skills Trainer up and down the West Coast.
Before beginning his coaching career, Walling played at Santa Barbara City College. From 2014-2019, he helped build the program Hi-Def in Agoura Hills, CA, helping lead Agoura High School to their first-ever CIF Final in 2021. His mentors include NBA Skills trainers Tim Martin and Alex Bazzell, who provided an opportunity to work at the former Mamba Sports Academy with NBA athletes Caris Levert, PJ Washington, Carmelo Anthony, Bobby Portis and Kevin Porter Jr.
Originally from Portland, OR, he remains an avid fan of the Portland Trailblazers. Â
