Coach Dayton comes to Santa Cruz after working 2 years under NBA skills coach Drew Hanlen, and 1 year as an assistant coach for the Maine Celtics, the Boston Celtics' G-League Affiliate.
Coach Dayton is a Tufts University graduate who played 4 years on the Basketball team, and graduated tied for the most wins in program history.
