2024 Season - Senior
Earned First Team All-Conference and Academic All-District Honors from CSC…American Volleyball Coaches Association All-Region Honorable Mention…Appeared in 108 sets for UCSC as a middle blocker…Recording 273 total kills, 16 assists, 51 service aces, 86 digs, 83.0 total blocks…Season-high 17 kills versus St.Thomas (TX)...Leads the Banana Slugs with an all time high Hitting Percentage of 0.347 and 254 Blocks…Greene is also in the top 10 Aces and Kills with 82 and 686 respectively.
2023 Season - Junior
Played in 107 sets while recording 55 digs, led the team in blocks (92), had 189 kills, and 32 service aces. She also recorded a 31% attack percentage. She had a season 11 kills versus George Fox.
2022 Season - Sophomore
Started 24 matches in 2022. Career-high 15 kills in a four-set win against Susquehanna on October 15. Had a team-high 12 kills on September 16 against top-ranked Claremont-Mudd-Scripps. Led the team with a .340 hitting percentage and was second with 46 total blocks. Named Second Team All-Conference.
2021 Season - Freshman
Played in 20 of 21 matches in her freshman year of 2021. Had 96 kills and hit .351. Totaled 49 blocks. Had 10 block assists on September 10th against Pomona-Pitzer, the most blocks by a Banana Slug in a match in 31 seasons. Had a season-high 10 kills on 12 attempts in a four-set win on October 16th against DeSales.
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: 2020 Offensive Player of the Year at St. Teresa Academy in Kansas City. 2019 and 2020 All-District, 3rd at
Show Me 2021 3rd in Powerleague 2021.2019 and 2020, Academic All-State 2019-21 First Honors STEAM Certificate.
27th at Nationals in Open 2021 and 17th at Beach Nationals 2020 with PVA Club.
PERSONAL: Parents are Denis and Jenny Greene. Brothers/Sisters- Dan, Mary Grace and John. Says her dad is the most influential person in her life because "he always pushes me to do great things and pursue what I love." Personal interests are reviewing different coffee shops and Trader Joe's items. Also likes to make movies with friends, watercolor, go on walks, snowboard, and play sand volleyball.
