APTOS, Ca. – The UC Santa Cruz women's team earned a 7-0 victory over Cabrillo College on Monday afternoon. The Banana Slugs clean sweep only saw 12 dropped games and two 6-0 doubles matches along with two 6-0, 6-0 victories in singles. UC Santa Cruz will be back in action on April 2 at 2:00 p.m. when they travel to Chapman University. Â

- The Banana Slugs cruised to the doubles point as Brooklyn Walker and Adeline Lai earned a 6-0 victory at No. 3 with Alicia DeWitt and Chloe Khachadourian also picking up the 6-0 win at No. 2.
- Chloe Wu and Lucy Yung completed the sweep with a 6-2 victory on court one.
- UC Santa Cruz continued to soar through the rest of the match as Chloe Wu earned a 6-2, 6-3 victory at No. 1 while Lucy Yung earned a 6-0, 6-2 win at No. 2.
- Chloe Khachadourian won her match 6-1, 6-0 at No. 3 while Emily Belezzuoli earned a 6-2, 6-0 victory in the No. 4 spot.
- Adeline Lai and Brooklyn Walker both picked up 6-0, 6-0 victories in the No. 5 and No. 6 spot, respectively, highlight the Banana Slugs' clean 7-0 victory over Cabrillo.
