SANTA CRUZ, Ca. - The UC Santa Cruz Athletics and Recreation department will once again reimburse up to 25 currently enrolled students $500 each, for the Fall 2025 Quarter, who complete a basic/open water SCUBA certification. The course may be taken one time with any SCUBA dive shop of the student's choice in the state of California. This reimbursement will be approved for SCUBA course fees from a certifying agency approved by WRSTC (such as NAUI, PADI, SDI, or SSI), and dive gear rental only.
To qualify for reimbursement, the course and forms must be fully completed between the first and last day of the quarter. The fall quarter begins on Thursday, September 25 and ends on Friday, December 5. The reimbursements will be issued on a first come first served basis, and the deadline to initiate reimbursement is Friday, December 5, 2025.

Note: You must complete the prerequisites prior to submitting the application. If you have not completed the perquisite requirements, click on the Payee Setup 204 Form and the Access inform form and complete them and complete them before moving forward. Once complete, use the outline below to complete CruzFly Account Authorization form.
