Meet the Team
Whether it's leading multi-day trips, repairing rental gear, leading surf classes or sending trip reminder emails, Adventure Rec couldn't function without the large group of student staff and volunteers. Over sixty student staff and volunteers serve as Adventure Rec leaders, Surf Staff, Rental Staff, and Rec-Creators.
Looking to get involved? Stop by our office on the second floor of the East Field House. We accept volunteers on a rolling basis. Most student staff hiring happens in the spring quarter, with positions starting the following fall quarter. You can find current job openings on Handshake, the UCSC student hiring portal.
