HIGH SCHOOL: Swam for Orland High School and club for Orland Otters.
BEFORE UCSC: Rowed at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa. National ACRA Champion in the Novice 8 boat.
PERSONAL: Says the most influential people in their life are "every swimmer on the team who made me feel like I belonged and deserved to be swimming alongside them." Chose UC Santa Cruz because "when I was thirteen, I came to a cheer camp hosted on the UCSC campus, and I fell in love. Seven years later, I found myself a junior transfer back on campus falling in love all over again. The community is free-spirited and the research done on campus is cutting edge."
Out of the pool enjoys Sewing, Drag, Horror Films, Dancing.
