Fredericksburg, Va - The UC Santa Cruz's men's team took down Salisbury in Saturday's C2C Conference Tournament Third Place Match 4-1. To conclude their season the 4th seeded Slugs won 2-0 on the doubles courts and cruised to a 3-1 victory in the Singles.

Doubles:

No. 1 Benjamin Wang and Rocco Melendez struck first with a 6-3 win in their doubles match.
After that No. 2 Gavin Sontag and Caden Wong fought to a tough 7-6 win to conclude doubles play. No. 3 Hari Raghavan and Peter Liang went unfinished in their 5-5 set.

Singles:

No. 1 Benjamin Wang dominated his competition in two quick sets 6-1, 6-2.
Next No. 6 Peter Liang was the next to wrap things up with a 6-2, 6-3 victory.
Gavin Sontag dropped his first set on the second court 6-2, but he was victorious in the following sets winning 6-2, 6-4.
No. 3 Rocco Melendez fell 7-6, 6-1 in his match.
No. 4 Hari Raghaven's match went unfinished with a final score of 1-6, 5-5. The same goes for No. 5 Caden Wong who was unable to complete his three set contest that ended 6-2, 4-6, 1-0.
