UC Santa Cruz Announces Change in Women’s Soccer Leadership

SANTA CRUZ, Ca. – UC Santa Cruz Athletics and Recreation announced today that Lilia DosAlmas will not return as Head Coach of the Banana Slugs Women's Soccer program.
DosAlmas spent four seasons leading the program, finishing with an overall record of 37-20-13. During her tenure, the program won its first Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference championship and made an NCAA Division III First Round appearance in 2024.
UC Santa Cruz will immediately begin a national search for a new head coach to lead the program into the 2026 season.
