Played club for Solano, Xcelleration, NorCal, and Pacific Rim. Went to Junior Nationals 4 times, leading Pacific Rim to their first-ever Nationals for girls.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Barbara and Ted McBride. Has three siblings: Shannon, Michael, Miles. Calls her mom the most influential person in her life because "she is the most driven, caring, and open person I know and is my number one supporter. She will always help people when they are in need and never judges anyone for their past. She has shown me the life I want to live and given me the tools to succeed."
She chose UC Santa Cruz for "the nature, the diverse people that go here, and ultimately because when I visited it felt most like home." Off the court likes to garden, draw, paint, play boardgames and video games, hang out with friends, be in nature, and travel.
