Won 2021 CCCAA state championship with Hartnell College in Salinas. 3.7 and above GPA and on the dean's list all semesters at Hartnell.Â
PERSONAL: Parents are Victor & Reyna Pelagio, who she says are the most influential people in her life because "they are extremely hardworking, humble, and kind people. They have instilled that work ethic and values to my siblings and I which I am very grateful for." Siblings are Jenny, Sandra & Jairo.
She picked UCSC because of the beautiful location, the rigorous academics and "being able to play a sport I enjoy at the same time."
Hobbies/Personal interests include going on hikes/walks out in nature, watching the sunrise/sunset and spending time with friends.
