Indoor Champion in the 800m (1:55, 2023), the mile (4:17, 2023), and the DMR (2022). 2022 Outdoor runner-up in the 800m with a time of 1:54.
2022:
- Named All West Region in 800m with school record 1:51.51 at Sac State Hornet Invite.
- 1st place finish in the DMR at the Coast-to-Coast Indoor Conference Championships. 2nd Place finish in the 800m at the Coast-to-Coast Outdoor Conference Championships to earn Indoor All West Region.

2023 Season - Junior

All C2C First team, helping Banana Slugs earn third consecutive conference title after placing sixth in a meet at Sunnyvale. Earned All-West Region after placing 29th.

2022:
- Finished 7th at the 2022 C2C XC Championships, helping the Banana Slug Men remain undefeated in the C2C Conference for Cross Country.
- Placed 27th at NCAA DIII West Regionals (25:14), earning All-Region Honors as a sophomore.
- Helped the Banana Slug men qualify for the 2022 NCAA DIII Nationals, where they placed 19th in the nation.
2021:
- Ran 8K in 26:45.9 in his first college race at the 2021 USF Invite
- PR of 25:45.2 at C2C Championship in Sunnyvale to place 10th. 27:08.4 time at the NCAA West Regional in Claremont to place 73rd.

High School/Club Success:

Competed in Cross Country and Track & Field for the Folsom High School Bulldogs.
2x Top 10 Finisher at the Sierra Foothill League Championships in Cross Country.
Runner-Up in both the 1600m and 3200m at the Sierra Foothill League Track and Field Championships 2021.
