HIGH SCHOOL: Won the Norcal D1 Regional Title with Davis Senior High School with fellow incoming UC Santa Cruz teammate Declan Fee, completing the region's first undefeated season. Was named all-Delta League. Graduated with over a 4.0 GPA.
Played Club ball for Davis Legacy 05 Red ECNL. Won ECNL Norcal League at u-18 and u-19 level. Played at the ECNL National Playoffs from 2021-2023.

PERSONAL: His parents are Gabriel Tames and Eliana Kaimowitz and has a sister named Eva. Calls his parents the most influential people in his life because "they always encourage me to be the best person I can be, and both of them set great examples of how a good person should be." He chose UC Santa Cruz because "it’s a beautiful campus that’s close to home that allows me to pursue my athletic and academic goals the way I want to." Away from soccer, he enjoys playing basketball, going to the gym, video games, and going out with friends.
