Program's all-time leading scorer (59 goals). Leading scorer in 2004 when UCSC finished Second in the Nation.

His Senior year of 2005, he scored 19 goals and added eight assists for the 17-2-1 Banana Slugs, was voted the AD3I Offensive Player of the year.

MATT FONDY
2009

Led UCSC with 8 goals in 2009 and ranked as high as #7 in nation and #1 in the West,
giving the Banana Slugs a home game in the NCAA Tournament in front of over 1,000 fans.

After graduation played in Major League Soccer for Chivas USA and Chicago Fire, before moving to USL team Louisville City and setting the league's single-season scoring record.
