2019 All-ACAA Second Team

AT UCSC:
2021: Had 46 saves in 15 games (14 starts), with a 1.40 Goals Against Average. Became eighth woman in program history to tally 100 career saves.
2019: Played in 18 games starting 17 games as a true freshman with 54 saves and 11 shutouts. Recorded a career-high nine saves twice in overtime games against NCAA participant Claremont-Mudd-Scripps and DII Cal State Dominguez Hills. Had goals against average of 0.74, ranking 54th in the country and 9th among freshmen in Division III. Tied at 33rd in the country for shutouts with 11 and 10th among freshmen. ACAA Defensive Player of the Week awards of September 10th, October 1st, and October 22nd. Named All-ACAA Second Team. Ranks 2nd in school history with single season shutouts and is currently 5th in school history in career shutouts after her first season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Bonita Vista High School, was 2016 Mesa League Champions and 2017 League Runner-Ups. CSF Lifetime Member, AP Scholar With Distinction, Principal’s Honor Roll (all 4 years), Seal of Biliteracy recipient, BVHS Citizenship Award, CABE Scholarship Recipient, BVHS Standard of Excellence Award in the Arts, CTE Diploma Recipient for Sports Medicine.

Played in the inaugural season of the girls U.S. Soccer Developmental Academy for Albion DA.

PERSONAL: Parents are Elizabeth Díaz-Tucker & Gary Tucker. Brother is Dylan Díaz-Tucker. Her parents are the most influential people in her life because "they have guided me through life and given me an example to live by. I aspire everyday to be as hardworking and successful as them."

Picked UCSC because when she first visited "I could really see myself thrive here. The importance placed on balancing both academics and athletics, as well as being expected to prosper in both, really influenced my choosing of UCSC as this was a program that I really wanted to be a part of."

Hobbies/Personal interests away from soccer include fine art and photography, volunteering at dog rescues and raising awareness for rescue animals as well awareness for coastal conservation through art and photography, "I am a beach lover and lover of the organisms that depend on the rich California coast to survive."
