Women's Tennis Falls to Christopher Newport in C2C Semifinal

Fredericksburg, Va - The UC Santa Cruz's women's team fell to the reigning C2C champion No. 40 Christopher Newport 4-0 in Saturday's conference semifinals. The Slugs lost the doubles 2-0 and then dropped three singles games to conclude Saturday's contest. The Slugs will take Salisbury on in the third place match on Sunday.
