LODI– Casey Orton and Eric Jackson were the top scorers as UC Santa Cruz won the 2023 Pacific Collegiate Invitational on Friday evening.
Orton placed 10th overall in 25:06, with Jackson less than a second after him for 11th out of the 100 runners. However, they were fourth and fifth among the college participants running the 8K course, which gave UC Santa Cruz a huge start in the team score.
