UC Santa Cruz Women's Volleyball loses to La Verne University.  The Slugs lost in five sets with the following scores: 17-25, 25-10, 25-14, 23-25, 4-15.

Senior Opposite Hitter Elisabeth Trambley led the team with 13 kills (.242 pct).  Senior Libero Jaime Weber led the defense with 19 digs while Sophomore Middle Blocker Elena Echeverria controlled the net with 5 Blocks.  Senior setter Melissa Stoll totaled 41 assists on the match.
