10/24/01 HAYWARD, CA-- The Women's Soccer broke out of its slump with a 4-1 win at Cal State Hayward on Wednesday. Danielle Pellicano and Skye Vendt-Pearce each scored twice, with Vendt-Pearce's goals coming within a minute of eachother in the second half. Jennifer Bennett, Danielle Schlosser and Karen Nycz were all credited with assists. The team's record now stands at 8-7-1. They play their final match of the season this Sunday at home against the University of Texas-Dallas. Game time is at 12:00 pm at the Lower East field. |
