AT UCSC: Played in 22 matches as a freshman in 2018 finishing with 13 aces and 97 digs. Career high 12 digs in four-set win at Pomona-Pitzer October 6th.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Marymount High in Los Angeles.Graduated with department distinctions in Studio Art and Theology. Won AAU National Championship in 2015 with Southern California Volleyball Club.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Gisele Motta & Aurelio Martins. Lists her parents as the most influential people in life because "they taught me core values of love, respect, and generosity." Chose UCSC because of it diverse student body, academic rigor, research opportunities, and beautiful scenery. Hobbies are painting, sculpting, most art medias and overall just being in nature.
