PERSONAL: Family is mom, dad, and older brother. Calls his dad the most influential person in his life because "he has set the example for me on how to be a good man. Also, he always is looking out for me and guiding me in the right path."

He chose UC Santa Cruz because "it is a good school that is close to him where I can also play basketball. Also, the location is nice." Away from basketball enjoys going on hikes, playing video games, and hanging out with friends.
