2024 C2C Tournament wrap up
Men's Basketball
The Banana Slugs made the semifinals of the Coast-To-Coast Conference tournament in Virginia. Playing against defending conference and NCAA Champion Christopher Newport, the Banana Slugs played hard in a 58-44 loss. Tyler Kessinger had a team-high 12 points and three steals in his final game in a UC Santa Cruz uniform.In Thursday's 67-58 quarterfinal win against Pratt Institute, Treyson Keating had a double-double with team highs of 15 points and 15 rebounds, helping him earn a spot on the All Tournament team.

Women's Basketball
Amanda Inserra was named to the All-Tournament team and finished her career as UC Santa Cruz's all-time top three-point shooter.The senior finished with 220 made treys, and is also sixth on the school's career points list with 928. Inserra led the team with ten points in Friday's 51-37 semifinal loss to Mary Washington.
Thursday evening, five Banana Slugs scored in double-figures in the 93-45 quarterfinal win over Warren Wilson. Uma Joshi had a season high 17 points, with Inserra and Alyssa Jackson both scoring 15. Talysha Wilkerson scored 13 and Celine Castaneda had 12.
