HIGH SCHOOL: Played for St. Joseph Notre Dame HS and Absolute Volleyball Club Received the most improved award her first year in High School.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Teodora and Benjamin Washington. Picked UCSC for the location of the school and great opportunity "to go into depth on my studies of Marine bio along with being a part of amazing volleyball program."

Most influential person in her life is older sister Darrien. "I have seen her grow and thrive throughout her entire life despite the challenges that she faced. In spite of all the odds, she was able to be successful while also being a great big sister, and she has helped shape me to be the person I am today."
Hobbies include art forms such as painting and music (ukulele/guitar). I also have a strong passion for the natural world and preserving it.
