Biography

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Davis HS in 2007. She received the John Wooden Award and the President's Academic Award (2003-2007). She was also captain of her varsity soccer team (2007).

PERSONAL: She is the daughter of Karen Schmitendorf and has three sibilings, Max, 24, Fredericka, 18, Augustus, 16. While at UC Santa Cruz, Margareta has been a Scholar Student Athlete twice (2007 & 2008). Margareta is also serving as the SAAC Vice President, and in 2008 she was the SAAC Community Service Coordinator.
