
Sierra Clark Named Assistant Director of Operations and Member Services

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. - Sierra Clark has been selected as our next Assistant Director of Operations & Member Services at UC Santa Cruz Athletics & Recreation.
Sierra brings a rich combination of operational leadership, budget management, team development, and a deep personal passion for collegiate athletics and recreation.
Clark joins us after an impressive multi-year tenure at Title Nine, where she progressed through multiple leadership roles to become the Director of Operations and Logistics. In her most recent role, Clark oversaw customer service, distribution, and operational support functions for a $100M omnichannel organization, directing a 75+ person team and managing a $10M+ operating budget. Her background showcases a track record of driving process improvement, optimizing facility and workforce management, establishing labor models, and delivering an exceptional member/customer experience.
For Clark, coming to UC Santa Cruz is a meaningful homecoming. Raised in the Santa Cruz Mountains, Clark has long-standing ties to the UCSC community, her father served as a UCSC arborist for over 35 years. Clark also has a strong foundation in collegiate athletics, playing softball and volleyball at Cabrillo College before earning her B.A. in Communication Studies at CSU East Bay, where she also played softball. Clark has continued her engagement with sports over the years as a competitive head and assistant softball coach.
