Sierra Clark joined UC Santa Cruz as the Assistant Director of Operations & Member Services in October 2026. She brings extensive operational and leadership experience, having previously served as Director of Operations and Logistics at Title Nine, where she managed a 75+ person team and a $10M+ operating budget. A former student-athlete, Clark played softball and volleyball at Cabrillo College and completed her collegiate softball career at CSU East Bay, where she earned a B.A. in Communication Studies. She also brings years of competitive head and assistant coaching experience back to her hometown community.
