CLAREMONT– The UC Santa Cruz men's tennis team continued their participation in the 2023 ITA West Regional with several good matches against Division III competition.

Ryan Lam and Hari Raghavan both made the semifinals for flight three. Lam advanced after a 6-4 7-6 win over Chapman's Ian Jordan. Raghavan stayed undefeated in singles after defeating teammate Radin Sadeghi in a tiebreaker. In flight three's quarterfinals, Praneet Varade lost a tiebreaker to Caltech's Eric He.

In doubles play, Raghavan teamed with Jason You to win flight two's consolation final 8-1 over Ben Burrows and Dhruv Verma of Occidental.

The Banana Slugs finish the tournament on Sunday.
