FOREST GROVE,OR- UC Santa Cruz improved to 2-0 against Division III competition this spring with a 6-3 win at Pacific University.
The Banana Slugs opened with a 2-1 lead in the doubles. In singles. the Boxers took the No.1 and No. 2  matches, with All-American Cassidy Binder taking No. 1 and her sister Sydnie edging Meghana Damojipurapu at No.2. However the rest of the matches were all Banana Slugs in straight sets. Tanner Rowland, Daniela Christian and Jolie Seemayer each won in perfect 6-0, 6-0 fashion to give UC Santa Cruz the dual win.

The Banana Slugs finish their Oregon roadtrip Monday afternoon against George Fox.
