PERSONAL: Son of Greg and Leigh Golling, has a brother Cooper. Calls his parents the most influential people in his life. He picked UCSC for "the beautiful scenery and balance between academics and athletics."
Out of the pool, he enjoys playing music and working on cars.

- At the 2024 PCSC Championships, finished 12th in the 1000-Yard Free in 9:54.38, was 17th in the 500-Yard Free in 4:52.82, was 11th in the 1650-Yard Free in 16:42.8.
- At 2023 Slug Invite placed 6th in the 1650-Yard Free (17:43.22), 8th in the 200-Yard Free in 1:56.63.
