  • 2023-24:
    • At the 2023 Slug Invite finished 18th in the 50 fly (25.55), 18th in 50 free (23.23), and 20th in 100 free 50.75.
    • At the 2024 PCSC Championships swam a PR in the 50 free (22.46) 

HIGH SCHOOL: Senior Most Outstanding award at Redondo Union High School. School record holder in 200 free relay.

BEFORE UCSC: Swam for El Camino College. Graduated with above a 3.5 GPA

PERSONAL:  Parents are Cecelia & Martin Fuentes, who are the most influential people to him because "they are very hard-working, loving people. I wouldn't be where I am without them and am very grateful."
He picked UCSC because of "its beautiful, peaceful campus, the air feels so fresh and the team spirit is awesome. I can't ask for a better place to swim." Hobbies include surfing, Music Festivals, weightlifting.
