2023-24:
- At 2024 PCSC Championships was 9th in 1000 free in 10:42.67, 19th in the 400 IM (4:47.37) and 18th in the 1650 free.
- Was 14th at 2023 PCSC Championships in 1650 free in PR of 18:11.56.
2021-22:
- At 2021 PCSC Championships, was 17th in the 500 Free in 5:22.04. Was on all-freshman quartet that placed fifth in the 800 free relay, coming in at 7:58.99. In 2021-2022, was awarded the UCSC Athletics Most Inspirational Award.

HIGH SCHOOL: Member of the National Honors Society and National Society of High School Scholars, Honor Roll, Sectionals qualifier,Scholar-Athlete Award. Club Sierra Marlins Swim Team.

PERSONAL: Parents are Mike and Irene Theders. Sister is Sadie Theders. Most influential person in her life are her parents, because "they are so supportive and they are always there for me. They inspire me to be the best person that I can be."

She chose Santa Cruz because of the campus atmosphere and "everyone on the team made me feel so welcome and at home."

Personal interests out of the pool are art, reading, cooking.
