Earned the 2024-25 Track and Field C2C Scholar-Athlete of the Year honors … Earned the 2025 NCAA Indoor Track and Field All-Region student-athletes Honors … Twice received a C2C Athlete of the Week honors … Competed in the 3000 (8:39.37), 5000 (14:15.04), and 10,000 (30:19.81) … Ran an 8:39.37 in the 3000, placing first and a 15:06.66 in the 5000, placing first in the 2025 Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships, recognized as Track Athletes of the Meet … Ran a 14:18.09 in the 5000 at the Hornet Invitational breaking the UCSC school record for the men's 5000m, setting a new fastest in UCSC history and sitting as the number two time in the country at the time for this season … Ran a 15:15.98 in the 5000, placing second and ran a 32:12.76 in the 10,000, placing first at the 2025 Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships.  

• 2024:
  • Placed 3rd in the 5000 (15:11.40) at the Outdoor Conference Championships
  • PR in the 1500 (4:01.22) at the Hornet Invite
  • PR in the 5000 (14:57.21) and placed 1st in the C2C Indoor Track & Field Championships
  • Placed 3rd in the 3000 (8:43.56) at the C2C Indoor Championships
• 2023:
  • At the 2023 C2C Outdoor TF Championships, Luke took 3rd place in the 5k (15:14.85)
  • At 2023 C2C Indoors, he was runner-up in the 3k (8:41.79),
  • Champion in the Distance Medley Relay at the 2023 C2C Indoors 
  • PR in the Mile (4:24.64) and
  • placed 8th at the Portland Indoor #2
  • PR in the 800 (1:58.69) and placed 9th at the Kim Duyst Invitational
  •  Placed 3rd in the 5000 (15:14.85) at the C2C Outdoor Championships

2024 Season - Junior

Earned the USTFCCCA 2024 NCAA Division III Men’s Cross Country All-Academic Award  … Earned the 2024 All-C2C Runner of the Year award … Earned a C2C Athlete of the Week honors … Individually qualified for the NCAA Cross Country Championships … Competed in the 8k (24:13.1) … Ran a 24:59.2 in the 8k at the 2024 NCAA Division lll Cross Country Championships … Ran a 24:27.7 in the 8k, placing 9th at the 2024 NCAA Division lll Western Region Cross Country Championships … Ran a 25:29.1 in the 8k, placing first at the 2024 Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships … Ran a 25:03.8 in the 8k at the 2024 D3 Pre-Nationals.

• 2023
  • Placed 5th at the C2C XC Championships (25:14.1) 
• 2022:
  • Recorded the fastest 8K time run by a freshman in UCSC Cross Country history, running 24:31.4 at the C2C Championship, to place 4th.
  • Competed at the 2022 NCAA DIII XC National Championships, where the Slug men finished 19th in the nation.
  • Placed 4th at the 2022 C2C XC Championships, helping the Banana Slug men remain undefeated Conference Champions
