Earned the 2025 NCAA Indoor Track and Field All-Region student-athletes Honors … Competed in the 800 (1:59.52), 1500 (3:56.03), Mile (4:20.78), 5000 (15:13.67), and DMR (10:30.19) … Ran a 10:30.19 in the DMR relay, placing first and ran a 4:20.78 in the mile, placing third at the 2025 Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships … Ran a 3:59.20 in the 1500, placing fifth and ran a 16:53.16 in the 5000 at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships.

• 2024:
  • Placed 3rd in the 1500 (4:07.90) at the C2C Outdoor Conference Championships
  • PR in the 1500 (4:00.16) at the Chico Invitational
  • PR in the 5000 (15:23.95) at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic
  • PR in 800 (2:02.79) and placed 11th Kim Duyst Invitational
  • PR in 3000 (8:49.79) at the Hornet Invite

2024 Season - Sophomore

Competed in the 8k (25:21.6) … Ran a  25:39.4 in the 8k at the 2024 NCAA Division lll West Region Cross Country Championships … Ran a 26:39.2 in the 8k at the 2024 Coast-to Coast Athletic Conference Cross country Championships.

• 2023:
  • PR of 25:33:0 at the C2C Cross Country Championships, and placed 9th. 
  • Raced at the Augustana Interregional 8K race 26:17.0

• Placed 14th at the Metro Cross Country Championships
• Ran 4:21 in the 1600m and 9:23 in the 3200m at the Sea-King District Championships
• Placed 27th at WA State XC Meet, 2021
• Placed 30th at WA State XC Meet, 2022
