Competed in the 5000 (15:32.10) and 3000S (9:38.68) … Ran a 15:33.63 in the 5000, placing sixth at the 2025 Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships … Ran a 9:29.14 in the 3000 steeplechase, placing first at the 2025 Johnny Mathis Invitational … Ran a 9:47.92 in the 3000 steeplechase, placing third at the 2025 Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships.

• PR and placed 2nd in the 3000 Steeple Chase (9:30.77) at the C2C Outdoor Conference Championships
• Placed 3rd at the 3000 steeple chase (9:42.72) at the Chuck Buettner Twilight Invite
• 5000 PR (15:40.43) C2C Indoor Track & Field Championship

• C2C Outdoor Conference Champion in the 3k Steeple with a time of 9:38.54 (2023), improving on his runner-up finish from the previous year.
• New PR’s in the 800 m (2:07.82) and 1500 m (4:09.46) in 2023

• 3000m Steeple PR (9:52.62) and 2nd place finish at the Coast-to-Coast T&F Outdoor Conference Championships.

2024 Season - Senior

Competed in the 8k (25:29.5) … Ran a 25:29.5 in the 8k at the 2024 NCAA Division lll West Region Cross Country Championships … Ran a 26:01.6 in the 8k, placing fourth at the 2024 Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships … Ran a 26:18.7 in the 8k at the 2024 D3 Pre-Nationals.

• 8K PR (25:43.9) at the C2C Cross Country Championships 

• 8k PR (26:20.8) at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational.

•  8k PR (27:48.0) at Santa Clara Bronco Invitational.

• Competed in Cross Country and Track & Field for the Huntington Beach High School Oilers.
• 2019 CIF Southern Section Qualifier in Cross Country.
• Cross Country and Track & Field Team Captain.
• Roy Miller Commitment Award 2021.
• Placed 5th in the 3200m at the 2021 Sunset Wave League Championships.
