Rec Rental - How to Rent Gear
TO RENT GEAR:
- Renters may be UCSC students or non-students.
- Non-UCSC students must first create an account before requesting gear via these steps:
- Go to campusrec.ucsc.edu.
- Top right, “Sign in”
- Bottom middle, "Don't have an account? Sign up"
- Proceed through to create your account.
- Request gear online.
- In the online reservation request, schedule a pick-up and drop-off at the East Field House, Facility Center, 1st floor.
- UCSC students' rental charges will be billed to student accounts. Non-students will pay by credit card at pick-up.
- Reservation requests are required at least 72 hours prior to pick-up.
- Please let us know if you need to cancel your reservation. Reservations not picked up and not canceled at least 24 hours in advance will incur a $10 fee or the reservation total, whichever is greater. Contact us at:
