    • He made his college debut at the 2022 Slug Invite, where he won the 200 free, was fourth in the 100 Free, fifth in the 50 Fly, and swam the third leg of the 200 Free Relay that placed second.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2022 CIF-Southern Section champion in 200 free. Placed 16th at CIF State championship. First Individual CIF champion and State Championship Participant for Hoover High School since 1992.
Junior Nationals in the summer of 2022 for Rosebowl Aquatics.
First graduating class of both the Italian (Foreign Language Academy of Glendale) program and the ECA (Early College Academy) program via Glendale Community College and Hoover High School.

PERSONAL: Mother is Marolind Reyna, who he calls the most influential person in his life because "she has been there for me for every step of my journey." Has two siblings: Eros and Kai.
He chose Santa Cruz because "of the team atmosphere. They are like a family and to me being a tight team is one of the most fundamental elements of swimming even though for most people it looks pretty individualized." Also being on a Division 3 team allows him to focus on his studies and uniquely allows himself challenges against higher-division athletes. Also picked Santa Cruz for the high-quality marine biology program, the gorgeous campus, and "the ocean is 5 minutes away."
Out of the pool he likes to surf, spend time in nature (especially anything related to the ocean), likes to listen to music, watch anime or YouTube, go out with friends, and cook.
