HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Valhalla High School in 2009. Lauren received the Coach's Award in 2005 and MVP of her team in 2006. During her high school career, Lauren earned 4 varsity letters.

COLLEGE: Lauren participates in blues dancing, is a member of the Swinging Slugs (east coast swing dancing), and UCSC Humans v. Zombies.

PERSONAL: She is the daughter of Barbara and Barny Carlton and has one sibling, Ian, 15. During her free time she enjoys blues dancing, Dungeons and Dragons, and Humans v. Zombies.
