TURLOCK, Calif. - The UC Santa Cruz men's cross country team placed 4th out of 10 teams at the Kim Duyst Twilight XC Invitational hosted by Stanislaus State at River Oaks Golf Course, finishing with a team total time of 2:10:22 and a team score of 136. The Banana Slugs had four runners in the top 50, running nearly side by side for much of the race. UC Santa Cruz will be back in action on Sept. 19 when they travel to UC Riverside.
