The back-and-forth game looked headed for a tie, but HNU's Jehimy Arias cleaned up a scramble and shot from outside the box for the eventual game-winner.
Christian Locatelli had the last Banana Slug opportunity, but his attempt off a corner with just over 30 seconds remaining went wide right.
