PERSONAL: Parents are Vincent and Michelle Paracuelles. Siblings are Meghan and Marc-Vince Paracuelles.

The most influential person in her life is her aunt because "after living a life in the Philippines and moving to the United States, she was able to adjust to the culture. I have also learned from her to accept what happens. There will always be obstacles that will challenge us but we still have to be thankful for all the opportunities in our life."

Chose UCSC because of the wonderful atmosphere and "while focusing on my academics and a well known school, I am able to enjoy the new atmosphere of our surroundings and meeting friends. I am able to focus on my studies while playing golf because of the flexibility of being on the team and prioritizing academics."

Personal interests off the course are traveling, hanging out with friends, watching basketball, swimming.
