• 2024
  • Placed 3rd in the 1500 (4:46.68) at the C2C Outdoor Conference Championship
  • PR in the 5000 (17:15.94) at the Bryan Clay Invitational 
  • All-Region honors for cross country (2nd in 21:52, 2022; 34th in 23:25, 2021), All-Region honors for Indoor T&F (3000m in 10:29, and the Mile in 5:08, 2023), All-Region honors for Outdoor T&F (5000m in 17:17, 2023). 
  • Led the first women’s team in Banana Slug history to qualify for NCAA DIII Cross Country Nationals, where she placed 41st individually and the team placed 22nd in the nation. 
  • Coast-to-Coast Conference Champion and Runner of the Year Award winner for Cross Country, 2022. Led the Banana Slugs to their second consecutive team title in XC.
  • Ran a PR in the 3000 at the Hornet Invite event with a time of 10:08.18. 
  • Placed 2nd in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 12:11.91. 
  • Placed 1st in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 12:35.37 at the C2C Indoor Track and Field Championships. 
  • Ran the Mile at the C2C Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 5:14.90 and got 3rd place.  
  • Coast-to-Coast T&F Champion in the Indoor DMR (2022), Indoor 3000m (2023), Outdoor 1500m, and Outdoor 5000m (2023). Conference Runner-Up in the outdoor 1,500m and 5,000m (2022), and Indoor 3000m (2023).
• 2023
  • Coast-To- Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships in the 3000 placed 1st with a time of 10:29.88. 
  • Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championship in the Mile placed 2nd with a 5:11.39.
  • Coast -To- Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships in the 1500 got 1st place with a time of 4:41.44. 
  • Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships in the 5000 placed 1st with a time of 18:12.02. 
  • Ran a PR at the Wartburg Qualifier in the Mile with a time of 5:08.31.
  • At the Mustang Invitational in the 1500 placed 4th with a time of 4:38.23.   
• 2022
  • Placed 1st place at the Seattle Pacific Final Qualifier in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 12:15.12. 
  • Placed 3rd at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 12:29.83. 
  • Placed 1st at the Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championship in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 12:47.02. 
  • Placed 2nd at the Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championship in the 1500 with a time of 4:43.93.
  • Placed 2nd at the Coast-To- Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championship in the 5000 with a time of 18:04.31.
  • At the West Coast Last Chance ran a PR in the 800 (2:25.13).  
  • Placed 2nd at the West Coast Last Chance in the 4x400 with a time of 4:15.35.
• 2021
  • At the NCAA Division III West Region Cross Country Championships 6k with a time of 23:25.2. 
  • At the C2C Cross Country Championships 6k with a time of 22:49.4. 
  • School Record/Conference Record holder in the 5000m with a time of 17:17.
  • Second Fastest runner in UC Santa Cruz School History in the 1500m 4:38.23.

• 2023: 
  • At the C2C Cross Country Championships she placed 4th in the 6k with a time of 22:30.3. 
  • Ran a PR at the 42nd Annual UCR Cross Country Invitational 6k with a time of 21:17.8. 
• 2022: 
  • Placed 1st at the C2C Conference XC Championships. 
  • Placed 2nd at NCAA Division III West Region Cross Country Championships 6k with a time of 21:52.8.
