  • Champion in the 5000 (14:53.14) at the Outdoor Conference Championships

  • PR in the 10,000 (29:58.49) at the Bryan Clay Invitational
  • PR in the 1500 (3:50.08) and placed 4th at the Hornet Invite
  • PR in the 3000 (8:18.23) and placed 2nd in the 2024 Wartburg Qualifier
  • PR in the mile (4:12.23) and placed 1st at the Portland Indoor #2
• 2023:
  • 1st Place in the 5k at the 2023 C2C Outdoor, 2023 Indoor,

  • 1st Place in the 5k at the 2022 C2C Outdoor TF Conference
  • 1st Place in the Indoor 3k at the C2C Indoor Championship
  • 1st Place in the 3000m at the Coast-to-Coast Indoor Conference Championships with a time of 8:34.30

• 2023:
  • In the 2022-2023 XC and TF seasons, Eric set new school records in the 10,000m (30:37), 8k (24:15), 5,000m (14:24), and 1500m (3:53.5). Eric’s 10,000m time also broke the 9-year meet record at The Long Beach Invitational by 6 seconds.
• 2022:
  • C2C XC Conference Champion and Runner of the Year
  • 3rd Place finish (24:34) and All-Region honors at the NCAA DIII West Region XC championship in 2022, improving on his 15th Place finish from 2021.
  • Led the men’s team to the 2022 NCAA DIII XC National Championship, where they placed 19th in the nation.
  • 2022 Coast-to-Coast Cross Country Champion after winning 8K Meet in Sunnyvale in 24:51.9. All West Region with time of 25:19.3 to place 15th at NCAA Regionals.
• 2021: 
  • C2C XC Conference Champion and Runner of the Year

High School/Club Success:

• Competed in Cross Country and Track & Field for the Carlmont High School Scots.
• Placed 9th at the 2018 Foot Locker West Regional Championships Senior Division.
• Placed 17th at the Central Coast Cross Country Championships.
• Set PRs of 4:38 for 1600m and 9:56 for 3200m in High School.
