Men's Tennis pushes past Salisbury to make C2C Final

 NEWPORT NEWS, VA (4/29)-- The UC Santa Cruz Men's Tennis team took home a win this Saturday afternoon in their Coast-To-Coast Conference semifinal match versus Salisbury. 

The Salisbury tennis team was strong early in the double matches defeating UCSC in the first two matches 8-3 & 8-6. The Slugs had a strong ending with the duo of Ryan Lam and Praneet Varade winning the last double match 8-6.
That started a run as the Banana Slugs were amazing during their single matches.
Lucas Chen won his sets 6-1 both times. Andre Mardirossian won his first set 6-3 and his second 6-0. Sam Hall also won his sets 6-3 & 6-2. Finally,  Andrew Tjoa won his match with two 7-5 scores for the victory.
Overall the Men's Tennis team had an amazing outing today.

The Banana Slugs (6-8) will play Mary Washington at 3:00pm Eastern searching for ther first conference title in program history.
