WHY UCSC:

“I choose UC Santa Cruz because I fell in love with the campus and I found a home away from home. UC Santa Cruz has one of the most beautiful campuses that is located in the middle of a forest with the view of the ocean. UCSC offered my major in Biochemistry and is well known for being a scientific research university, for which I have many opportunities to explore in research and internship positions. I'm constantly challenged in every way both academically and athletically. I love everything about UC Santa Cruz from the positive and relaxed environment to the rigorous and engaging lectures.”
